Very prompt answering when I called in.  (Technician) resolved the problem very quickly and explained what he was doing.  He was courteous and pleasant and did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions.  I did not feel rushed and he was very focused on the problem at hand.  Thank you for a job well done Chariton Valley!
