MV440 Wireless Internet FAQ

Chariton Valley announced in early November that due to circumstances beyond their control, wireless services to your area would cease on December 31st, 2021. The MV440 wireless device used for internet access will be disconnected at noon on Friday, December 31st 2021.

What does this mean for coverage?

If you have not switched to another provided and disconnected your Chariton Valley service by 12/31/2021, your service will be deactivated at noon.

Will I be moved to another provider as a fixed wireless home internet customer?

No, you will not be moved to another provider, and you must transition on your own.

Will this affect my other Chariton Valley services?

This announcement will only affect your fixed wireless home internet service provided by Chariton Valley using the MV440.
