PROFILE:
Chris Hayward has resided in the Chariton Valley service area for 58 years. He is currently retired. He worked for Chariton Valley for 30 years in multiple positions from technician to management. Chris is married to Linda, and they have five children and 13 grandchildren. Chris is very involved in the community and has served on the Salisbury Board of Public Works, Salisbury City Council, Salisbury Fire Department, Huntsville Fire Department, Lake Nehai Board of Directors, Salisbury Lions Club, and the Knights of Columbus.
Message to the Members:
I am honored to be nominated as a candidate for the Chariton Valley Telephone Corporation Board of Directors, and if elected, I will represent every one of you, the members, to the best of my ability. I have so much passion for the company and want to see it continue to be successful and prosperous. I believe great employees make for a great company, and I want to ensure the Chariton Valley employees have what they need to deliver our products and services to the customers. Debbie Nanneman has resided in the Chariton Valley service area for 38 years. She currently works as the president and site manager of Salisbury Senior Housing. Debbie is married to Jim Nanneman, and they have three children and five grandchildren. She is a current member of the Rainbow Gardens Housing Corporation Board and has previously been a member of the Salisbury R-IV School District Board of Education and Lake Nehai Board of Directors. Debbie has also served as the regional governor of the Central Region Venture Club and past director of the Salisbury Food Bank.
Message to the Members:
By holding leadership roles in several community organizations, I feel my ability to problem solve and communicate with members and management would make me an asset on the Chariton Valley Telephone Corporation Board of Directors. Chariton Valley is extremely lucky to have the people of our communities help build the company that it is today. I would love to be able to give back to my community by serving on the Chariton Valley Telephone Corporation Board of Directors. I would appreciate your support and vote in the upcoming election.
