Chariton Valley Public Notice

It is difficult to anticipate the effects of COVID-19 in the communities where we live and serve. However, you can depend on Chariton Valley to effectively maintain services and provide the technology needed during this time.

We take the health and safety of our customers and employees very seriously and have put social distancing processes in place. Staffing in our Customer Service locations will be limited through April 15th, 2020. Those locations include Brookfield, Macon, Moberly, and Salisbury. Please avoid in-person visits to our locations during this time. We encourage you to do what you can online. If you do not have an account set up, now is the time to do so. Visit to access our chat feature, make a payment or conduct business.

For those who are not able to set up an account and not enrolled in autopay, please select an alternative to walk-in for making a payment. You can mail your payment via USPS or place it in one of our convenient drop boxes. Many banks have bill pay options available as well.

As we modify some of our policies for everyone’s well-being, we are committed to providing premier services to our customers. We encourage you to plan ahead. If you will be working from home or your children will be e-learning for school, think about the internet speed you will need. You can use your CV account to request an upgrade.
