PALMYRA, MO — September 12, 2025 – Chariton Valley has teamed up with the city of Palmyra to promote growth and investment at the Warren Head Business Park. This partnership highlights Chariton Valley’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and economic development.
“When we learned that Palmyra was exploring signage to promote their community, we expressed immediate interest in partnering on the project,” said Ryan Johnson, Chariton Valley President and CEO. “This sign will serve as a highly visible landmark along Highway 61, helping to attract new business and investment to the 77-acre park.”
The 10×24 foot sign is mounted on three 40-foot poles to ensure durability and visibility. Approximately three-quarters of the sign features branding for the Warren Head Business Park, while the remaining quarter highlights Chariton Valley’s support and presence in the region.
Brent Abell, General Superintendent of the Board of Public Works, and his team played a significant role in the installation and unveiling of the sign. The design and construction costs were shared by Chariton Valley and the city of Palmyra.
Chariton Valley collaborated closely with Mayor Rusty Adrian throughout the project, and he expressed strong appreciation for the partnership.
“We’re grateful to Chariton Valley for stepping up to support this project,” said Mayor Adrian. “This sign is more than just a marker—it’s a symbol of progress and partnership that will help us attract new opportunities to Palmyra.”
“At Chariton Valley, we believe in investing in the communities we serve,” added Johnson. “This project shows what’s possible when local leaders and businesses work together toward a shared vision.”
