While the CV Broadband Bombers fell a bit short against MEC in the Battle of the Co-ops, it was an exciting game til the end. Final score 21-15. With the Bank of America sponsorship, the 50/50 drawing and miscellaneous donations, Callao Harvest Fiesta Committee received $815 plus what they made off the concession stand.
Thank you to Vickie Thompson and the Callao Harvest Committee for allowing us to play on their field and for the great concessions (nothing beats a burger at the ball field). A big thank you to both teams for their sportsmanship and entertainment, the fans, and all those who contributed to the cause.
