MSSCA Awards Banquet

It is time again to recognize our show participants at the annual awards banquet. This year’s banquet will be held at the First Christian Church in Macon on Saturday, October 25th at 6:00 p.m. The church is located at 806 E. Briggs Dr. in Macon (across from WalMart). 

The evening will begin with a carry-in meal and will be followed by the auction and awards presentation. We ask that each family bring at least two covered dishes and an item for the auction, as it provides much of the funding for our awards program each year.  When deciding what to bring for the auction, we would suggest horse-related items or western themed decor.  Please remember..these proceeds fund our awards!  So, please bring an item you would like to buy yourself!

Officers for 2009 will be elected immediately following the banquet. If you are interested in an office, or know someone who is, please be sure to let us know! We will need two voting delegates from each club there, including Green Hills circuit clubs that held a dual point show, if possible.
