Chariton Valley Telephone Corporation, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN with knowledge of Windows 2000 & XP, configuration, maintenance, and networking. This individual must be able to install and repair PC peripherals, network cards, printers, email configurations, wireless routers, be detail oriented, organized and possess troubleshooting ability. Applicant must possess Associate Degree in related field or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This individual must have a good driving record. This position is located in Huntsville, Missouri.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers and new business opportunities. Our sales force focuses on selling video, internet, phone and wireless products in the Chariton Valley service area. Specific responsibilities include cold calling to identify leads and generate new accounts, contacting and setting appointments with prospects, exploring and identifying needs, conducting pre-meeting research on leads to understand their company, evaluating the market, and matching the needs of prospects with the services from Chariton Valley. Outside Sales Representative in this role will take personal responsibility for the care of the customer from closing through transition to the team responsible for retention and growth of the account. A proven track record in sales is required; sales experience with telecommunications products is a definite plus. Candidates must have a good driving record
