These services are best experienced on a large screen, typical with smartphones. We are not aware of any manufacturer producing a basic phone to benefit from 4G LTE technology.
4G LTE services are available in Chariton Valley Wireless entire coverage area.
Chariton Valley customers have access to a national 4G LTE network in over 230 cities across the country.
No, our 3G (EVDO) and 2G (1xRTT) networks will continue to support our data and voice services for many years. All of our 4G mobile broadband and smartphones will have the capability to work on 4G LTE, 3G and 2G networks.
4G LTE mobile broadband devices and smartphones will be backwards compatible. These devices will connect on our 2G (1XRTT), 3G (EVDO) networks when it does not register with a 4G LTE network. Some devices may have a toggle option to preserve battery life instead of actively searching for 4G LTE.
