Description Lifeline is a wireless phone plan that gives customers the ability to make and receive calls within the local calling area without incurring additional airtime charges. This plan includes:

• Unlimited airtime (inbound and outbound calling) in the Chariton Valley area.
• Toll is restricted within your local service area.
• Roaming is not allowed.
• Activation fee reduced to $25.00.
• 911 calling is available in all areas where technology compatible service is available.
