I've been told that the 'fiber-optics' will not come to my house

I was informed the other day by a CharitonValley employee that the new fiber optics & speednet would never come down my road/I wouldn't be able to access either from my house. I'm rather outraged,to say the least. Granted that theres only 3 homes on the road that I live on (Glee Ave)but speednet has been at both ends of my road for several years now. And if my bills help pay for everyone elses services then shouldn't I be entitled to the same services as everyone else??
