Chariton Valley Ad Channel Guidelines and Information

Please design ad using the following guidelines:
1. Page size: 8.5 x 11
2. Please use a 1-inch border for all margins.
3. Page orientation should be landscape (not portrait)
4. You may insert pictures to enhance the appearance of your ad
5. Using color is preferable
6. Optimal word count is between 35 to 40 words (too many words may take away from your ad).

Other Information:
• Email ad to ads@charitonvalley.com or drop by our Macon retail center
• Acceptable formats: .jpg, .pdf, Microsoft Office documents
• Ads must be submitted by Tuesday at 5 PM
• Ads are inserted on Channel 49 Wednesday afternoon.
