New Service or Changes to your existing services
To make changes to your service, simply call 660-395-9000 or 1-800-769-8731 or check our office locations for posted business hours. Customer may choose to complete our online contact form and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
Moving Your Existing Services
If you need to move your existing services, please contact a Customer Service Representative 5 to 7 days in advance of your move to ensure service availability at your new location.
If you are disconnecting services you will be asked to provide a forwarding address and telephone number.
*This information will stay on file so that we can contact you with regard to Capital Credit allocations and distributions when applicable.

If you add or disconnect a service your account will be prorated and you will only be billed for the portion of the month that the service was active.
