Kevin Fischer has lived in the Chariton Valley service area for 26 years. He is married to Debbie and they reside in Bynumville. Kevin works as a loan officer for Regional Missouri Bank. He has served on the Salisbury Steak Festival Board as Co-Chairman (2004-2007); Chariton County Fair Board (2003-2007) President (2006-2007); Area IV Missouri Vocational Ag Teachers Association - Secretary (2006-2007); Missouri Club Lamb Breeders Association (2002-2007) and Northcutt Financial Services 1st Year Teacher Award Committee (2002). Kevin is also involved with the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Wien; Salisbury Knight's of Columbus; Chariton County Farm Bureau and Missouri Vocational Ag Teachers Association (2000-2007).
