Judy lives in Hale. She has lived in the Chariton Valley service area for more than 30 years and is retired from the medical health profession. Judy is also involved with the Carroll County Ambulance Authority, is a member of the Hale City Council, serves as volunteer ombudsman for the Northwest Area on Aging, and is a committee member for Homeland Hero Park in Carrollton. As a result of her work as an ombudsman she received the Senior Service Award from the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
